But a coin that is tapered will show weakness on the design and also on the highest parts of the devices. But your coin is showing a full bust design and memorial. Just an altered coin, as mentioned probably with acid. A weak/low pressure strike will look like the silver coin below: Hope this helps. Report this Post to the Staff
