The will appear stronger on earlier die states and fade away as the die ages on the Memorial columns 1964 SMS 1967 EDS I chose first the 1964 SMS cents because they were a VEDS (Very-Early-Die-State) coins. (Less than 100 struck) But they obverse was the one that is the VEDS example. The reverse looked like a EMDS example. So I learned something new today there also.
