These are some quarter errors I found this week. At least I think they are...
Extra metal on the leaf on one, Extra metal between the II in Hawaii, Extra metal on both sides of the 1 in 2014 and extra metal on the down spout on corner of building.

Anyone seen these before?

, those are called die chips and they don't add any value to the coin, but some people like to collect them when they're big

Yep, those are die chips. No premium above face if they're that small.

Die chips on the building (2) the one on the down spout took a hit flattening it, Die chips on the dime reverse, The mark between the '1' on 2014 is a coin contact mark. The devices on the ATB Quarters on the outer ring are incuse. Sunk below the field level. A cont act mark will look like it flows behind the '1', but it is on the surface of the coin. Rotate the coin 90 Degrees and you will see the mark on the surface. The incuse devices on the outer circle show Machine Doubling. These devices are raised on the die and incuse on the coin. So the slightest movement before or after the strike will enlarge the incuse devices. About 70% of these quarters have mild or extreme die movement making the MD look enlarged. [u]So far no attributed DDR's on the ATB have been found to be true doubled dies. There have been one attributed doubled die on incuse devices on cents on the EPU.

But on these incuse doubled dies the devices are reduced even thinner than normal cents. So the opposite rule applies on incuse devices, that on doubled dies they reduce. On raised devices they enlarge.
