Appears to be a Retained Interior Die Break or Interior Die Break at the edge of Shield on Reverse? Any Thoughts? Thanks.

These die chips makes me want to call them slivers. Like when you cut glass, the edge of the glass with make vertical little slivers, but I've taking about horizontal slivers. The glass resembles like thin ice chips. That is what these die chips remind me of. A horizontal die chip, rather than a vertical die chip? The difference? To me the vertical one looks like it happened on the down strike. The Horizontal one makes me think it happened on an up way lifting on that area of the die.

The analogy to glass slivers is a good one because the die chips simitar to how glass ships and for the same reason it is hard but brittle and will often chip by flaking.
