There were two more Morgans from the collection I bought that appear to be nice uncirculated pieces. Toning and surfaces of all three dollars are very similar. Here is an 1890-S. Grading opinions and comments are welcome. Thank you!

I would think 64 easily if not better.

MS63+ a lot of chatter on the face area which is prime real estate keeps it out of 64 in my opinion

This coin was awarded the same grade as my 1888-S. I think that coin is clearly superior so either this 1890-S is overgraded or the 1888-S was graded too low.

They were conservative on this one, probably because of the subdued luster.
