That's actually a Series 1981A $50. It looks odd to me, but I really can't tell for sure from the photos. Can you post photos taken with better lighting?

Residual ink from a very minor offset transfer.

Only worth face value in my opinion.

The ink smear adds no value,but being a 1981A might add a couple of bucks to the right collector.
