1972 P LMC Doubled Working Hub, MD Not Sure As I Need Some Insight Please.

I found this 1972 P LMC with what appears to be some doubling going on. Not sure if this a doubled working hub or MD that I am looking at as I two of these and this one is in the worst shape. Help please.

John1 is correct. It's the very common Master Die doubling that affected a large percentage of 1972 LMC's (all 3 mints it affected). So it's a Doubled Die, but a very common and worthless one.
