I've been out of the coin buying mode for a while. Picked up a few coins last week. This is one of them.

Nice large cent. It is {of course)_ an 1803. XF45 ish. May be an S-260.

I love the originality of this coin! 1st thought was VF-35 but I can see this in an XF-40 holder. EAC30. Are you going to remove the crusty goodness between the leaves and letters?

vf30 and the obverse color looks suspect. might have had a cleaning.

Thanks for the feedback. Personally, I can't get this one to EF. I've tried, but I think it is just shy at 35.
