How much did you pay for it? That would help to determine whether or not it's worth sending in for grading. Pictures aren't ideal but looks like an MS coin. Market acceptable? We would need better pictures to come to an accurate determination.

No problem, no rush to get better photos. But when you are able to, they will help.

I doubt it's market acceptable (I see some luster, but large hairlines on the surfaces) but better pics will help.
