spru Bedrock of the Community United States 12477 Posts	Posted 09/18/2018 12:23 am It is difficult to tell without a sharper pic, but I agree it is either Die Deterioration Doubling, split plating or both. One important factor is that the "doubling" occurs in the direction facing the nearest part of the rim.
