Assuming the reverse scratches are on the holder, I find it difficult to find a noticeable flaw on this coin. Opinions welcome.

Reverse scratches (thin white lines) are on the holder. It's hard to find any flaws on this coin.

I'm with badthad, I think it makes MS64. I cant find much wrong other than lack of luster on the higher devices and surfaces. photos can affect this though. I also think it has a good chance at RB. there appears to be more than 10% red on both sides based on these photos

MS-64RB . Very nice .I don't think that's a die chip on right wheat stalk . Maybe a foreign matter .
