Foreign substance on the coin? I don't know, but that's all I can think of.

Looks like something was glued or soldered to it at one time. Not a mint error.

Yes, it looks like glue to me. If it was an actual error the shape and color of the area in question would be different. This one is PMD.

I did clean with acetone ..not a glue..I am not sure what is it?

That was the one I swallowed at 5 years old, guess it finally showed back up, been cleaned I hope...

As I recall, acetone does not remove/dissolve every type of adhesive, particularly epoxy.
