Here's the Cu-Ni Indian cent from my type set. It's in an ANACS holder. Does anyone want to take a stab at grading it?

I must say, research indicates that TPG's are extremely tough on this one. Generally, strikes appear pretty weak (your coin seems to be an exception) and I saw quite a few examples that I considered greatly undergraded.

I also agree with MS63 and as SuperDave points out , this coin has decent strike characteristics for a CuNi

Well, ANACS pegged it at MS-64 which I think is fair. One feature I noticed is that the second T in STATES is very weak. The second S is also a bit weak, while all the other letters of the legend are bold. I wonder if that is a typical strike characteristic of this issue?
