This to me has a slight sense of use, so I'll say AU-58.

Since the 5 cent silvers were Brian's personal niche, he was a;lways tough on them grade-wise. I'll say AU-50

Certainly not my area of expertise (that is I have none ) but wouldn't those kind of ratings require a clear imprint of all the pearls (or whatever the 4 pair of vertical gems are)?
I would really appreciate learning the grading parameters/criteria better

Another example of why ICCS sucks grading soft strikes.

The funny thing is that this coin actually has a pretty good strike for the year. I would personally go as far as to say this strike is 8.5/10 maybe even 9/10. This also appears to have no lustre disturbances that would indicate circulation.

That being said, I would gladly pay EX-45 money for it.

I was going to guess AU58.

That's a tough grade on a beautiful coin.

Looks like a nice AU coin to me. If you bought that at EF price you got a great deal.

It looks like a good strike to me. And since I cannot see any wear, I would call it Unc but would not go any higher than 62 - but would not pay much for it because of specks and lack of luster.

A quick dip may improve your coin's ICCS grade.

Nice strike, would have graded AU 53 with some original luster still present on obverse.
