Ok I am thinking maybe these are just heavy polish lines?

I do see heavy polishing elsewhere, but I have never seen it this heavy. Especially between the columns on the left...

Those vertical lines on the left of the memorial are heavy die polish lines.

Bay 7 looks like the 3D effect the mint tried to do.

The heavy polish give no value I know... but is there another error I am not seeing?

Is there anything interesting on this coin... I am trying to release some coin into the wild, but probably will keep this one as 1966 RD.

Sorry for all the questions

Die scratches on the fields of the die flatten first. Die scratches next to the devices last a lot longer. Inside of devices, they last the longest. These on the bays show that they do last longer than the ones in the open fields. But when they appear above or below the building or irregular on they bays they are die scratches not extra columns. Most often extra columns appear in the centers of the bays. These are not extra columns, but die scratches on the bays.
