Just looks like a lowball to me. Would be nice for such a type set, don't see these very often. Worth a nickel, of course.

It is just damage. It is not a "lowball" coin, because it was altered and not worn down simply due to normal circilation.

Looks more like a Dryer Coin to me. It all depends where the coin ends up, in the mechanisms and in what brand of machinery. So I would argue that it is indeed a LOWBALL PO1 because it was worn down in circulation, just a machine wore it down quicker.
