to CCF. You look for what you collect. There are errors,varieties and high grade examples.There are also low mintages to look for.

For starters if you're looking for advise, it wouldn't hurt to set aside all of the wheat cents. If you're interested beyond that, I would look at getting a Red Book which has relative values to all of our US currency.

Look for a hobby store or coin store in your area. Go there and buy what is called a Red Book by Whitman Publishing. It is all about coins.

To CCF! You can start off any way you'd like. You could start off collecting maybe high grade coins, low mintage coins, error coins, or Doubled Dies, and other varieties. I'll give you very good resources.
