I see coin contact, die aging, over polishing and coin wear. On the image with the mouth area, you can see where the die is showing wear even on the deeper areas of the die. (the face) Not a doubled die. If you were wondering about the '9', keep in mind the '44' would also be affected if it were a doubled die: On this year, look at the where the arrows are pointing. See how the class 6 doubled die affects that area. The die that struck your coin was normal.
On the top of the mint mark there looks like something is going on there, but I feel it is a die flow issue. If it were a RPM, then the lower are inside the mint mark would also be affected. Its not.
