Copy to Clipboard, here is a 2016 Lincoln Cent that appears to have some sort of gouge in his neck that dosent appear to be a scratch or indent it looks like his neck is cut what do you think thanks for looking

These are scratches on the coin's surfaces unfortunately. It's Post Strike Damage ( PSD).

I know that those are scratches but that's not what I was referring to ,I was talking about the gouge in his neck below the scratches thanks for looking again

Too much glare...try toning down the light and maybe an angled pic...it does look like post strike damage.
