The glare on the 'A' on STATES is showing the area where the device was reduced and normal size of the device is present with the glaring reduction area. If it were a doubled die, then chances are all the other devices around that area would also be doubled. Hub doubling rarely affects just one device. If it does, then it is too minor to deal with. Look for the doubling on the tops of the devices not the sides of the devices. (that is where MD happens)
