I am still learning identifying different errors so please have patience with me if I sound new or uneducated lol...... Is this a die crack I have looked at pictures and this seems to be one.

That's a Die Crack, that form into a small Die Chip.

In the new pictures, you have a very small Die Chip, on top of the E, and a small Die Chip, that formed on a Die Crack.

...or a die crack that formed off a die chip...locate the progression from multiple coins, otherwise...ya don't KNOW!
