It depends on what you want it slabbed for.
If you collect slabbed coins then its a candidate b/c you like slabbed coins.
I you plan on selling it at auction, then slabbing a good coin will bring in more money.
If none of the above is the case, you need to ask yourself why you are thinking of paying someone to give their opinion of your coin and then encapsulate it in plastic.
Slabbing is an optional choice offered by companies so they can remain in business and come up with new ways of making that service more popular (just business sense). Nowadays, especially for people just entering the hobby, since they see slabbed coins are all over
ebay, there is a false idea created that all good coins HAVE to be slabbed. Marketers love this idea.
