Oh what a $ difference a few days make. One of three 10 oz "chunky's". This one was my 13'th 10 oz "chunky". 6 or 7'th RCM, "I forget". $7,560 worth of 10 oz chunkys alone.

Ed I love your slabs. Enjoy.

I'm a madman for Dearborns Mexico bullion. Beautiful !

I'm a big fan of the Mexican white metal. Ive bought my share of Libertads including some low mint year 1 oz'ers I happily over paid for. I was thrilled just to find them.

Thanks Skunk!
and some nice purchases you made too.

Thank you sir. I love RCM's and made a DBL of one and the Monument Metals reciept. To quote Ralph Kramdem, "how sweet it is"

I think it had a rough cleaning, but it was priced right.

Minted for an obvious cleaning and restrike there something to that coin that really appeals to me. No way I could have passed it up. Its one of the better strikes, let alone restrikes, from the 18'th century Ive ever seen. The toneage is very good too. Thats a coin to moon over.
I'm happy for you. Enjoy the coin.

Collecting the 1oz silver Libertad is very interesting, Dearborn.
Look into the type 1 and type 2, the lettered edge or reeded edge, the different lettering on the oM mint mark and Plata Pura, the cactus with 7 dots or 8 dots.
When I started collecting the silver Libertad I didn't know about these differences.

I did receive a 1964 Washington quarter in my change from 7-11 today... So I guess that would be my latest acquisition for my collection.

Nice silver Dearborn

Yeah, thanks Gary - I was looking on Numista and saw all the varieties.. I'm not sure if I'll go that far, but we'll see -
