Since jBuck bullied me into doing a 7070, I decided to do it slabbed and as registry set. So one coin I needed was an Ugly Ben. Since I had to get one, I looked for the nicest one I could find (that was cheap, didnt want to spend too much money on Ben).

My 7070 Type Set so far: https://www.NGCcoin.com/registry/co...sets/305404/

My Ugly Ben.

Treated myself to a reverse proof and uncirculated telephone Innovation dollar! I love the design and live in Massachusetts, so I HAD to have at least one... though now that I see it, I think I prefer the standard proof style instead of the reverse!

I didn't know about this set until yesterday.
Having 226 different Canada "nickels" now, starting in 1922, the whole 5 coin set was a must have. No half dollar though? A couple years and I'm sure that the 2022 5 cent 100th anniversary will surely put me in the poor house.
You know it's coming.

Glad for the One Dollar Voyager though.

@TNG: Glad you learned about this set! It's a nice one that I've enjoyed having in my collection.

No half dollar though?

Canada didn't strike half dollars for circulation in 1935, so none were included in this 75th anniversary of Canada's first circulating silver dollar commemorative proof set - just the coins struck for circulation that year.

@TNG: Are you familiar with the two 90th Anniversary of the Royal Canadian Mint commemorative sets that were released in 1998? One featured coins with a proof finish, the other had coins with an antique finish. Both sets include five cent coins.
