Just back from rescuing this from the local "buy gold/silver" guy's Morgan bucket for $28.50. Made it my new pocket piece.

I don't recall the denticles looking like that. Might be the color.

This is a classic case of Quantity over Quality but I'm sure I'll find something I don't have in this small lot.
Thanks to ACE Mike (Alaska Coin exchange) Now that's the way I love to buy 2¢ pieces, I just ask how much to a dealer, and tehy say which one, I'll usually say all of them!

Steve, with ancient coins people sometimes don't even know the original name of them so they call the coins by their content (and a size sometimes), AE would be bronze (AE 15 would be a bronze coin 15 mm in diameter).

Yep AE = bronze and AR = silver. Dupondius is an actual known denomination but Follis is a generic term for several late roman bronze (or silvered bronze) coins of varying sizes of which the original denominations are no longer known. They are classified as AE1(largest), AE2, AE3 and AE4(smallest) based on size.
Earlier roman bronze coins that don't fit the classification of As, Dupondius or Sestertius are simply identified as AE followed by the size in mm. For example, "AE15" as Svslav noted above. These are often provincial coins rather than official roman issues.
