I don't think it's fair by the pictures but it gives me an impression of a weak or later die state strike and probably in AU53-AU55 condition.

added edit: and I must add, I'm almost always wrong. It is probably better than that and it's a nice Oregon to have.

Honestly I don't see so much as a tick on it, I am exceptionally poor at grading commemoratives but if it has full luster, which I believe it does, I'd say it's a 65 minimum.

66 sounds like a good possibility - most attractive.

With the pictures given, it does look to be an original MS-66. Would love to see it in hand! nice one for sure.

Might disappoint you - authentic details.

Or maybe not - depends on you ability to describe the 'crud' visible on the reverse rim at approximately 8:00pm (despite your rotated photo).

What is that blob? It matters as no genuine clean grade examples have one.

Perhaps an old bezel removal - I don't know but it is alas an important part of this discussion of an otherwise lovely coin.

MS-65. That blob looks like it could be a stain or toning.

In hand I do not see anything like a Bezel removal. Looks to be toning and not very visible in hand. Here are two more pictures with some different light. Let me know if these change your opinions or not.
Thank you.

Better pics, the rim at 8 o'clock mentioned by nickelsearcher can be a factor if submitting, but raw, probably not a big deal.
