50 Pfennig Germany With Brilliant Surface

Ciao, may you help me with this coin.
It is a Germany 50 Pfennig 1949 J with a very nice surface that looks shiny, like a mirror.
The coin is not polished and it is in high grade. I think it could be a proof but there the upper details are not satiated.
What do you think?
