Yesterday I have seen a British India coin with black toned with coins dealer, is it genuine or artificial toned, experts your opinion please ?

Personally, I have doubts about the coin's authenticity.

I too question whether authentic. Compare your coin to this example. Notice how the letters of ONE RUPEE are, yours are thin and misshapen. Toning is just one slight area the are faked. To8ning covers up boo-boos.

Notice also the denticles and surface of coin obverse, appears as a cast look, grainy.

I agree with spruett001 & Crazyb0.
Coin is counterfeit.
Lack of detail and grainy field lean towards
it being cast.
Something I once read:
Casting can never produce a perfect coin

To note I said I belive the toning is authentic, not the coin itself
