Probably Machine Doubling. This is very common on the 1968-1972 cents. The strike is a normal coin, with the machine damaging the strike afterwards. On a doubled die, the die is doubled, not altered by the strike. Your is not a double die: Note the motto and other doubling on the DDO.
Most likely Machine Doubling, as it was very common for that timeframe. If it's Machine Doubling, then the devices should be reduced in size, and should be shelflike in appearance.
