19-6 Quarter That Is Mis-Stamped. - Coin Community Forum

Doofiss New Member Canada 2 Posts	Posted 10/03/2018 8:43 pm Hi, I have a Canadian quarter that appears to have part of it missing. The missing section is in the year portion of the coin so that part of the nine and the third digit is missing.It is like a pie shape that starts at the caribou right antler-lowest point, outward in a V shape.I think that when the coin was struck, there wasn't enough material in the die to fill it. Do I have the right forum to find out more about this defect? Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff
