I think that when any action is taken to a members post;being moved,being locked being deleted ... whatever that the mod should be required to PM that member and tell them why that action was taken. Now in 2018 with electronics bursting open and any man ,women or child can access the Internet it's a lot easier to get into the hobby with all Numismatic material out there . At a certain point (which is different with every person) they need to take the learning process into their own hands.
