I took several different pictures to show this is not a shadow from my light. This coin is very shiny and was tough to capture.

@ny4e, yes very shiny. It looks like those two linear regions could be threads resting on top of the coin. Maybe use a little canned air to blow them off? Obviously don't use your breath as you will blow small droplets of spit onto that surface. If they don't blow off, then they could be scratches--the one above liberty might be a scratch. Finally, they might be a struck-through thread from the mint. The one over the date looks a bit like that might have happened.

Looks like a proof coin.

Is there anything specific you were asking about this coin?

The thread like item that is on the coin is definitely not a hair, through a loop it doesn't seem like a scratch, The L in liberty so close to the rim, the date looked thicker.

The T on liberty also looks shorter on the right side. This coin just jumped out at me.

The "T" in "LIBERTY is normal. Where the date is, that might be a Struck Through error.

The thread could be struck through debris.

The L and T in LIBERTY are normal.

The doubling on IGWT is Machine Doubling.

I see that often on proof coins. I wonder it is cello struck through. Seems odd to find the cello there?
