Looks like split plating + Die Deterioration.

Die Deterioration on the reverse die. Note all areas of the devices. They are pretty much all showing the same Die Deterioration as the die wears more towards the rim direction.

The reverse die is starting to show its age. Just a Die Deterioration issue.
