If it is a D mintmark, it looks a lot like 1939 D DDO-001

Yup PCGS 1939-D MS66 , but who will cert it as that DDO-001

NGC or ANACS if requested upon submission, and pay the additional fee.

It's a key date, so the value resides there and in the reverse of 1940 combo, not in DDO, maybe a few bucks more.

I would say that it is the DDO, then. However, you really need to stop creating so many topics for this one coin! Make sure just to edit the one
