Found this RPM on a 1960D LMC in an encasement. After messing for about 3 hours and coming to no firm conclusion I'll toss it out here. There are just too many similar location/rotations that I give up! Here's a few pix, let's see what shakes out.

I might be wrong, but I would say RPM-062.

I had thought 062 or 084 but the lateral locations are wrong and the upper serif is different on one of the two. Back to banging head....

Not CC137, location a bit off, shape is real close.

The RPM is a rotated RPM. So that helps narrow it down a lot.

Yes Coop, with a specific tilt as well, but there are as shown above those with similar tilts. Problem is, serifs are different. The upper on mine is not very defined, and it's entry point is more on top than 45 degree corner. That further narrows it down, but then placement becomes the problem. Of all on VV, 084 is "closest" but not exact, same with CC's, just a bit off. Now mine may be a different state, but... The basic formation should cross over. This coin has seen NO circulation being encased from OBW.

found it interesting to be the only encased so far to be a variety... It comes from the Illinois Numismatic Assn!

1960D RPM's. Gave it a shot, but currently unable to zoom in close enough to identify any markers or potential die flow indicators. Thanks, Doug.
