I ask because I thought a "broad strike" meant being struck out of the collar. Although being that much off center I suspect there's no reeding. Report this Post to the Staff

So yes, it is a broad strike, and not an off center. Also traditionally to be an off center it would need to have at least some of the devices missing off the edge. Report this Post to the Staff
