*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark / Denomination to Title. Titles are Important! ***

I'm sure the 69s DDO shows up a lot due to its popularity but in this case I believe I might have found one in nice condition. I say nice because I'm not well versed enough to attempt to grade, anyway any thoughts info and so on would be greatly appreciated thank you.

to CCF. Not the famous one for that year. I can't really tell if it is any type of DDO or a DDO at all from those pics. Check http://doubleddie.com/314201.html

I don't see any doubling on your coin. Look at John's link, the real DDO would be extremely strong and much more obvious.

What I see might be confused as separations lines but it is actually how the light is affecting the top of device.

What shows up a lot are common 1969-S Cents that show Machine Doubling and normal coin for this year. The real deal is less often seen as there are probably less than 100 out there of these. But even a close you of your coin shows us yours is not the real big DDO:

Many just look at the date area. But look at the other devices on the coin I posted. It is a lot more than a MD example on the date DDO. On the 1968-1972 cents there is probably more RPMs than most other years. But look again at the motto and LIBERTY areas for this DDO. Most forget to look there.
