Hi! Do you believe the 0 was misshapen-ed at the mint when struck and/or does the MM look to have some doubling on this 1990 D Lincoln Memorial cent? Thanks, I appreciate everyone's help here.

Looks like some minor MD on the mintmark. The zero looks like circulation flattening to me.
