I dont know what year for this japan coin..is this real/original? What is the value usually for these coins.tq

The Japanese coin does not look real-it looks like it was silver plated and the plating is coming off.

The other 2 should be copper-I am not sure if the light is bad or if they are plated. In any case they would sell for 10-25 cents each in a "junk" bin.

Is it by chance or design that the poor imitation of the 1875 Yen just happens to be of the most valuable in the catalog? I'll wager it is not genuine seeing as it is a good match for the poorest quality cast fakes in my collection.

Compare these two portions of One Yen coins.
One is cast the other is struck.
There is porosity and poorly defined denticles, letters and beads on the cast piece.
The OP's coin doesn't look original.
