Well I see the photos... Based on what I can see I'm assuming the 1996 is the coin on the left correct? Looks to be just damage to me, however it is abnormally thin. As for the white color I belive it may be plated. The dents and bends however lead me to be a altered coin and possibly painted. I'm open to others thoughts on this.
We got pics Wasn't done at the mint. PMD The edge looks like it was ground off. Looks like a scratch behind the head. On the reverse it has taken some hits.
