Spence Moderator United States 34398 Posts	Posted 11/24/2018 3:41 pm @robertcramer and @coinhunter27, it is my understanding that an off-center strike has both the obv and rev not struck centered while a mis-aligned die only has one side not struck centered. If that is the case, then until the OP posts an overall pic of the rev of this coin, we can't know for certain which one this is. Or are you seeing something that I have missed?
