commems CCF Master Historian of USA Commemoratives United States 12366 Posts	Posted 10/19/2018 12:20 am Instead of having the standard PCGS blue paper insert that simply lists the name of the coin, its date, its denomination, etc., a custom insert was used for the "Engraver Series" that was visually different from the standard and included space for a Mercanti signature. The coins in the two different holders are the same, however. Collecting history one coin or medal at a time! (c) commems. All rights reserved.
