I'm sorry to have to tell you this - that is not an authentic example.
If you recently purchased this ... I suggest you seek an immediate refund.

The new photographs serve to only reinforce my initial feedback - and inform that this is a cast copy of a USA commemorative half dollar.
You posted here seeking expert opinions - I humble state that I am one of them in this series.
Your 'coin' is a counterfeit intended to deceive less experienced collectors ... I suggest again that you contact the seller and seek a refund.
To your original questions:
Grade - Not Authentic Value - Perhaps $2 on the no-no site where these are sold
Protect yourself with knowledge - it's a shark filled world out there now with all manner of counterfeit examples.

I agree with the cast counterfeit description by nickelsearcher.
If you'd like to perform a few quick tests to help diagnose the piece, try the following:
1) Weigh the piece. It should be 12.5 grams. (Let us know what it weighs.)
2) Place a small ice cube directly on the piece. Does the ice cube begin to melt almost immediately? If it doesn't, it's not silver. All classic US commemorative half dollars are silver.
3) Drop the piece on a table from a height of a few inches (a fall from such a height won't harm the piece). Do you hear a "ring" or a thud? Silver will yield a ring.
