It appears to be a Browning 5 (Rarity 3).

Grade?
Tough call since your focus isn't sharp.
I'd say MS-55 or -58.

What I see looks very nice. Like everyone said, the images aren't sharp but unless they hide something you've got a very choice almost uncirculated piece with excellent eye appeal. Potentially a $1,000 coin.
