I get lot of s coins out of circulation my latest is 2007 s dime how come none are ever made of silver?

proof coins that find their way into circulation are pretty scarce. Silver coins in circulation are also pretty scarce. It only figures that silver proof coins in circulation are even more scarce. (Although I have found 4 silver proof halves roll searching)

I think it is fun to find any proof coin in circulation, clad or silver.
