It could be. Take your pictures directly over the coins, not at a angle. Also, show the rev. Looks like your coin may have been re-plated as well.

I'm thinking a re-plate also - the "flaws" have metal in them indicating it was put on over the original finish.

Agree with USSID18 on the picture aspect

due to the plating it has lost all collecting value -- but its still a 43 wheatie!
