I can't speak to the design, but the colour and quality of the metal looks a bit suspect to me.

@baltas, have you already looked in the Gennari reference mentioned in my thread below? There are only a couple hundred specimens extant so you should be able to find some provenance for pretty much all real examples I think.

I think the coin is ok , but better pictures would help . albert

The coin has not arrived yet. The price was very cheap. I bought a lot less than $40 (this coin and 5 turkish akce).
