The reason it will not be listed in the RPM files is that it isn't a RPM. It is from die wear. How can you identify die wear. On the sides of the devices that face the rim, the die flows in that direction as the die ages. Because of the steel planchets and steel dies, it was just a matter of time for these dies to wear out quicker.

So when you look at the dates the 43 shows a SE heavy die flow issue and die wear. On the mint marks, you see the same issue from die wear on the mint marks. Just a fact of life. As the die ages, die flow and die wear happens next. About 50% of the later die state coins look like this.
