nickel from 1982 to 1984 in EF-40 are valuable?
quarters from 1982,1983,1985,1986 1988, in EF-40 are valuable?

No, those sound like normal circulated coins. Just 5¢ each for the nickels and 25¢ each for the quarters.

81-P & 83-P nickels have value in lower grades but nothing less than MS-63

Only the 82-P, 83-P and 83-D Quarters are up there in value in MS-65 .
