1967 DDO-001 is a SMS coin so this isn't it.

I don't see any doubling here. There is a contact mark on the L, that might be what you're seeing.

The black spot is called a carbon spot. Not a coin to buy if they are present. (They are kind of a deal breaker and get worse with time)
